Product Developments

For example, our Eco-Crete Enhancer, derived from natural volcanic ash, offers unmatched strength and sustainability for concrete production, road construction, and marine infrastructure. By using Eco-Crete Enhancer, our partners significantly reduce the carbon footprint of their projects while enjoying cost savings—Pozzolan Concrete costs $270 AUD per cubic meter compared to $300 AUD for traditional concrete.

Similarly, our Reforzate Brick Binder, sourced from red mud, is used in brick and tile manufacturing, soil amendments, and concrete reinforcement. This product reduces the environmental impact and production costs of raw materials, lowering the cost of Reforzate Bricks to $25.12 AUD per tonne compared to $42.50 AUD for traditional bricks.

Our GreenBase Aggregate, made from recycled crushed glass, serves as a sustainable alternative for construction aggregates. It supports environmental conservation and promotes a circular economy. The cost of raw materials for GreenBase is $55 AUD per tonne, compared to $75 AUD for traditional roadbase materials.

Additionally, our Agri-Bond Ash, derived from rice husk ash, serves as a sustainable alternative to traditional cement, enhancing concrete sustainability and promoting sustainable agriculture. This product also offers cost advantages, reducing the cost of raw materials for GreenBase to $55 AUD per tonne.

Lastly, our CeramiTech High-Temp products are designed for high-temperature applications in ceramics, refractory materials, and electrical insulators, providing high thermal stability and enhanced durability.
